Bobby “Beach Bobby” Rowe started out as a spunky 24 year old “beach bum” willing and able to work hard toward his hopes and dreams of living in and managing beach properties. You could say he grew up in this business and learned every aspect of hospitality. His adventure grew more excitedly when, in 1984, he started managing the (what was then called) Surfside Cottages, and even owning a few himself.

His lovely wife Wendy, a former airline professional, worked hand in hand with Bobby to make sure the units were well appointed and spotless. Together, they built B&W Management from the ground up and in the process formed a dream business with the desire to make wonderful vacation experiences for the guests and a financially viable solution for our property owners.

Now years have gone by and as a successful business owner, property owner and Real Estate Agent, you’ll see him on-site at the buildings, or in any Clearwater Beach restaurant or establishment supporting local business owners, and of course, making new friends, enjoying the life they built – “Beach Bobby” style.

Repeat clientele grows and has always grown because of the friendly and welcoming environment/experience Bobby and his team have created at Surfside Condos and The Villas of Clearwater Beach over the years. You’ll quickly learn that the guests who stay at Surfside and the Villas become friends and the business grew an atmosphere of a big family!
